i wish i could reply to a reply…

i always wonder when i draw a pose like this… do people know her arm is behind her? or does it look cut off? oh well.

Such sweet and easy peace.: conversationswithbees: exorin replied to your post: WHY is this...

conversationswithbees:

Jonaaaaas. Oh god. I think you’re the first person I’ve seen who’s excited about that other than me.
OMG ok so I know this isn’t a very popular opinion in the Stargate…

I agree!

I always felt like Michael Shanks seemed bored after he came back. He just lacked the energy that he had in the first half of the show.

Jonas was great. :)

but season 4 is still my ultimate fave.

drawing men doesn’t seem to be in the cards for me these days.
instead it’s just sad/pensive women with lots of hair.
i’m cool with that.

exorin:

I’d be concerned about the trailer for Episode Nine- but I’m pretty sure Fuller said that he wasn’t thinking Red Dragon until Season Four:

FULLER:  It’s a huge gift to be able to know the destination of these characters and know that, in Season 4, we’re going to be telling the Red Dragon story.

So, it’s totally got to be about something else and not about Will actually suspecting Hannibal.

I think it’s too out of context.

this post makes sense now - thanks cara, for the link to the trailer. episode 9 is gonna be a good one!!

cthonical:

Not only is the cinematography, writing, and acting on this show amazing, but all the little details like how scenes between particular characters are blocked are fucking amazing too. In 1.02, early in Hannibal and Will’s relationship, Will stood on the mezzanine with Hannibal on the floor; a position of easy observation and distance. In 1.05 it was Hannibal standing on the mezzanine with Will on the floor, switching the power dynamics of the positioning (this is even more significant given the 1.10 spoilers that I won’t go into here). In 1.08, here, they are both on the floor as they discuss the killer, casually circling each other and the desk in an emulation of the movements of two predators on the same footing being cautiously wary of each other. It’s a beautiful visual evolution of their relationship compacted by the way they are sitting at the end of the episode, with Will sitting on Hannibal’s desk and Hannibal sitting in the desk chair, in close proximity. Things are shifting between them, rapidly, and there’re only four more episodes left in the season to resolve them or entangle them even further.

i’m not into violent programming, but hannibal is too good not to watch.
i love how ripe it is for analysis.
quality television makes me so happy.

exorin:

everyone’s crying about Sam but

GODDAMNIT NAOMI

sighs.

i don’t know why i keep doing this to myself.

yeah. that blew. probably SPN’s biggest flaw is the killing of all the women.

that said. I still loved this ep.

it makes me want to make an awesome show like supernatural but with women. SISTERS! then we can kill of all the boys. haha.

but then the show will be accused of being overly feminist and man-hating by the media.

nobody accuses spn of being misogynist.

it’s okay to have the women die.

that’s what they’re there for.

that was sarcasm.

jeez. was not expecting this post to become serious or bitter at all.

is it me or is sam especially hot when he is falling apart?

“Angels, they’re falling.”

yes. this was amazing. holy crap.
